Bungee Fitness is a high-intensity, full-body workout designed to challenge strength, endurance,
and coordination while adding a fun, flight-like experience. All participants should be prepared
for a cardio-based workout that includes jumping, squatting, and core engagement.
Booking Options:
Private Parties
• $250 for up to 5 participants
• 2-hour session (includes extended “play” time)
• Drinks/snacks allowed with prior approval

Open Events
• Held every Saturday at 9:00 AM
• 1.5-hour session
• Members: $20 | Non-members: $25
• Book through the True Strength Fitness app
Class Structure
• Warm-Up & Harnessing: 10–15 minutes
• Workout: 40–45 minutes
• Cool Down & Unrigging: 5–10 minutes
Breaks may be taken as needed. Timing may vary based on group size.
Health & Participation Requirements
• Participants must be in good health and cleared for physical activity• Not permitted if pregnant or recovering from serious injury
• Must be able to perform basic movements: squats, planks, and jumping
• Expect possible soreness, dizziness, bruising, or minor discomfort from harness use
Size & Weight Guidelines
• Max waist: 50 inches
• Max thigh: 34 inches
• Recommended weight limit: 250 lbs
• Harnesses may cause discomfort, especially near size limits
Rigging Requirements
• Height and weight are required for each participant prior to the event
• Rigging is customized but approximate
• Failure to provide info in advance may reduce event time
What To Wear
• Tennis shoes required
• No loose or dangling jewelry
• Hair must be secured
• Wear leggings or longer, thick-material shorts
• No crop tops or short shorts (skin must be protected from harness)
• Optional: padded cycling shorts for comfort
• Avoid eating within 1 hour prior to class
Capacity
• Maximum of 5 participants on rigs at one time• Additional guests will rotate in if applicable
• All attendees must be paying participants
Waiver Policy
• E-waivers must be completed prior to arrival
• Incomplete waivers will reduce participation time
Payment & Cancellation Policy
• Full payment required to secure booking
• Private parties must be paid at least 2 weeks in advance
• No refunds
How To Book Private Parties:
1. Email to confirm availability
2. Call 620-202-0766 to submit payment (M–F, 9:30 AM–5:00 PM)
3. Submit all participant names, heights, and weights
4. Ensure all guests complete waivers before rigging
